Johnny Manziel was handed a traffic citation in North Olmsted Saturday.
According to North Olmsted court record, Manziel was cited near Interstate 480 and Barton Road at 8:28 a.m.
The offense listed is "expired plates or sticker."
Manziel was reportedly seen in a Las Vegas nightclub Saturday night.
