While the Cavs had a victory parade over the summer, one man has taken it upon himself to plan a 'perfect season' parade in honor of the Cleveland Browns.
On Friday, Chris McNeil filed a parade permit with the city of Cleveland for a parade to celebrate the Browns 'perfect season' - that is, if the Browns go 0-16.
On his application, he listed the organization name as 'Cleveland Browns Fans' and said the parade would loop 'outside First Energy field and around it on public roads.'
McNeil also attached the parade route, which from an aerial view formed an '016'. The parade is proposed to take place on January 7, 2017.
