One day ahead of opening day, the Cleveland Indians sign Roberto Perez to a four-year contract with club options for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

Perez,28, has spent his entire baseball career with the Cleveland Indians.

He hit three home runs in the 2016 postseason, which led him to become the first Puerto Rican-born to hit two home runs in a World Series game on October 25, 2016.
