Former Ohio State University running back Maurice Clarett was pulled over by police in Chester Township Sunday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
Clarett failed to use a turn signal on Interstate 71 in Morrow County, the citation reads. He refused a breathalyzer test and was ordered to appear in court Jan. 7.
Clarett has a history with police, namely a 2006 robbery conviction in Columbus that sent him to jail for more than 3 years.
