Lucas Sedlak earned Cleveland hockey a trip to the Calder Cup for the first time since 1964.
The Monsters defeated the Ontario Reign 2-1, becoming the AHL Western Conference champions.
After sweeping that series, the Monsters now wait for Toronto or Hershey.
