LAKE COUNTY, Ohio — The westbound lanes of Interstate 90 in Lake County have been closed due to a crash, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash, which occurred in the area of the 209 mile marker between state Route 528 in Madison and the Vrooman Road exit, has forced lanes to be shut down, deputies said.
Deputies said there was a car fire as a result of the crash and there was at least one reported injury.
Motorists in the area are asked to find alternate routes of travel.
