CLEVELAND — High winds are impacting the morning commute as debris and fallen trees block the roadway to motorists on Friday.
ODOT Cleveland is reporting current backups on I-271 due to debris in the roadway caused by high winds.

In Wayne County, ODOT is reporting US 250 at Oil City Road is closed due to downed power lines.
