CLEVELAND — A crash has closed a portion of Carnegie Avenue on Wednesday.
Carnegie Avenue is closed from East 32nd to East 28th Street until further notice.
Cleveland police said EMS is transporting a man with serious head injuries to MetroHealth Medical Center.
It appears the car drove at a high-rate of speed and got stuck under the box truck.
