CLEVELAND — A portion of Jennings Road from Old Denison to Harvard Avenue is closed after heavy rain caused flooding in the area.
The Cleveland Fire Department tweeted out that several cars are trapped in the water.

All passengers are all safe, according to Cleveland fire.
There are also heavy delays on I-90 eastbound. Ramps to the Innerbelt bridge are still blocked due to flooding.
