Traffic on I-76 westbound is barely moving because of construction near E. Market Street in Akron.
ODOT is reporting a more than 60-minute delay for drivers because of construction in both directions between Market Street and Innovation Way.
Market Street and Innovation Way will be reduced to one lane for bridge joint repairs through Wednesday, Dec. 5.
