An Endangered Missing Child Advisory has been issued out of Trumbull County for a teenager who was last seen on Monday in Masury, Ohio.
While his mother was away from home, Logan Brady Nichols, 16, left home and is believed to be with his father, Mark Nichols.
The father does not have custody rights and is violating custody orders by not returning Logan to his mother.
Logan suffers from Epilepsy and is believed to not have his medication with him.
He was last seen on Budd Street in Masury on Monday at 8:40 p.m.
Logan has a tattoo of a cross on each thumb.
Logan's father is believed to be driving a white 2015 Kia Soul with Pennsylvania Registration JSH 0683.
