COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Health held a news conference to discuss COVID-19 in Ohio. The health briefing comes after the first case of the omicron variant was identified in California Wednesday.
ODH Medical Director Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff was joined by:
- Andy Thomas, MD, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Chief Clinical Officer
- Steven Gordon, MD, Chair, Cleveland Clinic Department of Infectious Disease
- Carri Warshak, MD, Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, UC College of Medicine
