CLEVELAND — UnitedHealth Group (UHG) is administering free COVID-19 tests at three churches in under-served communities in Cleveland this week.

The three sites offering free COVID-19 tests are:

  • Lee Memorial AME Church—861 E 105th Street
  • Elizabeth Baptist Church—6114 Francis Avenue
  • Lee Road Baptist Church—3970 Lee Road

The sites will provide wraparound services, including health and safety kits and food boxes. These boxes will include hand sanitizer, face masks and personal paper products.

Cleveland is one of seven metropolitan areas the UHG identified as in need of these services based on high COVID-19 related mortality and community challenges including poverty and crowding.

Testing will be available during the following times:

  • Mondays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Wednesdays and Fridays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
