ATWATER, Ohio — Three Northeast Ohio bars were cited for violating Gov. Mike DeWine's health orders.

In Atwater, 44 Sharp was cited for improper conduct.

Agents arrived at 10:25 p.m. and found that the bar was open and 15 customers were drinking alcohol. Bar employees were not wearing facial coverings.

Velvet Dog in Cleveland was cited for improper conduct.

At 9 p.m., agents found every seat at the bar occupied and guests lined up to order drinks.

Agents said guests were found standing and walking around the club while drinking alcohol with no social distancing measures in place.

Planet Rock in Mansfield received a citation Thursday for disorderly conduct.

Agents arrived at 11:20 p.m. and found that the bar was open.

According to agents, 11 guests were found drinking alcohol and employees were not wearing facial coverings.

The bar was cited for the same violations on Sept. 22 and Oct. 30.
