CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — In-person jury trials have been suspended in Cuyahoga County due to a rise in COVID-19 cases.
The trials are canceled until Dec. 1.
Judges will re-evaluate the decision at that date depending on COVID-19 rates in the community.
Any juror scheduled to report should call the number on their summons the evening before their report date to determine the status of their trial.
Jury trials were suspended earlier in the year due to the pandemic and resumed in September.
