CLEVELAND — Two people fled the scene of a crash after a vehicle crashed into an RTA bus stop shelter on Cleveland’s East Side Friday.
Cleveland police and EMS crews responded at around 1:53 a.m. to the area of East 79th Street and St. Clair Avenue.
A spokesperson for EMS confirmed two people fled the scene after the crash.

The spokesperson was not sure if one of the people who fled was the driver.
The crash shattered glass and broke a nearby pole.
No one was transported to the hospital.
