GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — A man in his 50s was shot and killed at an intersection in Garfield Heights Wednesday, according to a release from police.
Police responded just after midnight to a report of a man that had been shot at the intersection of East 136th Street and Christine Avenue.
Police located an unresponsive 54-year-old man with a gunshot wound.
He was transported to Cleveland Clinic-Marymount Hospital by the Garfield Heights Fire Department EMS. He was pronounced dead a short time later, police said.
