AKRON, Ohio — Longtime Akron radio personality T.K. O’Grady has died, 97.5 FM WONE announced Tuesday afternoon.
O’Grady joined the Rubber City Radio Group in Akron back in 1998 and has been a familiar voice for Northeast Ohioans since, the station said. O’Grady has been in the radio business for more than 40 years.
The radio station said that O’Grady died from natural causes. There will no service or calling hours due to COVID-19, WONE stated in a Facebook post.
“May his memory be eternal,” the station said.
