Cuyahoga Heights paramedics took the woman, later identified as Breyana Presley, to MetroHealth Medical Center where she was pronounced dead, authorities said.
The daughters, ages 12 years old and 8 months old, were also taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation. Neither were harmed, police said.

According to Cleveland police, it appears Presley and her children were traveling in a car with the man when he shot her.
The man’s name and possible charges have not been released.
