CLEVELAND — Cleveland police responded to a crash involving a car into a building on Cleveland’s East Side Monday morning.
Police responded at around 12:40 a.m. to Shrimp Boat, a local seafood restaurant located at East 130 Street and Kinsman Road.

The driver of the SUV crashed into an RTA bus stop shelter before hitting the side of Shrimp Boat. EMS transported a 36-year-old woman to University Hospital in serious condition.
A News 5 photojournalist at the scene witnessed half of the vehicle was in the building.
The driver was transported by EMS to a nearby hospital. No further information was released.
