CLEVELAND — The Ohio State Highway Patrol was involved in a pursuit in the area of West 130th Street and Brookpark Road Tuesday morning.

Troopers said the driver ran a red light in 10800 block of Linnett Drive. Troopers said the vehicle did not stop, pursuing the vehicle for a few miles before it eventually pulled into a private driveway.

Once the vehicle stopped, troopers gave multiple orders for the driver to exit the vehicle, but he did not comply. Troopers used their TASER before he finally exited his vehicle. The driver was impaired and believed to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

EMS responded to the scene to evaluate the driver, identified as a 39-year-old man, who was arrested and taken into custody to the Cuyahoga County Jail.
