Man fatally shot in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police detective are investigating a homicide after a man on a porch was shot and killed early Thursday morning.

The shooting happened in the 3500 block of Krather Road in the city’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood.

Officers responded after receiving a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located a man down on a porch, police said. He had been shot multiple times.

Nearby residents told officers that they heard gunshots but didn’t see anything.

The man has not been identified yet.
