CLEVELAND — Authorities are investigating a crash that happened late Friday night on Interstate 90 across the Innerbelt Bridge.
Crews left one lane open while they worked the scene.

According to Cleveland EMS, a 19-year-old man was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition.
