Two juveniles have been arrested for allegedly shooting a 16-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl on Monday.
The shooting happened near the 2400 block of E. 36th St.
After the shooting, the 16-year-old told police he was targeted by members of the "BG" gang, because his brother is accused of killing one of their members.

Police identified the suspects on Wednesday, and attempted murder warrants were issued.
On Thursday morning, a 17-year-old boy was arrested near the 900 block of E. 77th St. Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force officers found a loaded firearm on the boy during the arrest.
Later that evening, a 14-year-old boy was also arrested near the 4300 block of Norma Dr. in South Euclid. He was also carrying a loaded firearm.
