Driver blames GPS for going the wrong way on I-90

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio — A driver blamed his GPS after he was caught going the wrong way on I-90 Friday morning, according to Willoughby Hills police.

The driver was stopped around East 260th Street after Euclid officers alerted Willoughby Hills police of the driver traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes.

When police stopped the driver, he blamed his GPS for going the wrong way down I-90.

Police said the driver had no signs of impairment. His vehicle was towed and police cited him for reckless operation of a vehicle and driving the wrong way.
