'Armed and dangerous' fugitive wanted for Lorain homicide

LORAIN, Ohio — The U.S. Marshals Service is looking for a 20-year-old man wanted for the death of a 56-year-old who was hit by a stray bullet.

According to authorities, Israel Dominguez, II, of Lorain, fired a shot that killed Edward J. Suggs, 56, on Aug. 7 in the 1800 block of Garden Avenue.

Suggs was sitting on his front porch when a bullet allegedly fired by Dominguez during a fight across the street struck and killed him, authorities said.

Dominguez is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text the word “wanted” and a tip to 847411 (TIP411). Tips can be anonymous. Reward money is also available.
