An Avon teenager now faces charges for making a terroristic threat after police said he posted menacing Tweets towards law enforcement.
Lake R. Lewis, 18, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 4 after police said he threatened physical harm against law enforcement.
He now faces charges for aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and making a terroristic threat, a third-degree felony.
Police will not disclose the tweets.
