The FBI searched an area in Elyria related to the Tierra Bryant investigation Wednesday afternoon.

Officers searched along Mussey Avenue. According to an FBI spokesperson, nothing was taken during the search and no searches are scheduled for Thursday.

"I'm hoping we can bring some closure," Vicki Anderson with the Cleveland Division of the FBI told News 5. "It's nice to have the individual we believe is responsible in custody, and we would just like to give some answers to the family."

On Tuesday, the FBI announced that 39-year-old Rashad (akaRashan) Hunt has been arrested in connection with Bryant's death. He is expected to be transported back to Cleveland from Sacramento, Calif. and charged with murder.

Bryant — who was 19 when she went missing — was last seen near the Motel 6 in Middleburg Heights on March 30, 2015.

Her body was never found.

Anyone with information surrounding the disappearance and death of Tierra L. Bryant is asked to contact law enforcement at 216-522-1400.
