STARK COUNTY, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in location a vehicle wanted in a hit-skip that injured a Wooster woman on U.S. 30 in Stark County on Sept. 29.

Troopers said a 46-yer-old woman was traveling westbound on U.S. 30 when her 2020 Ford Escape was struck from behind and forced into a guardrail off the north side of the roadway.

Her Ford Escape overturned and came to a final rest on its roof.

The at-fault vehicle never stopped and continued to travel westbound on U.S. 30.

Witnesses described the vehicle as an early 2000s, gray Dodge Ram 2500 pick-up truck. The Ram would have damage to its front.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Canton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol at 330-433-6200.
