WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a semi-truck in Stark County on Saturday, according to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to state Route 183 near Salem Church Street NE in Washington Township around 4 p.m. in response to the fatal crash.
The incident is currently under investigation and the road has been closed, according to deputies.
