CLEVELAND — Cleveland City Council President Kevin Kelly and Right to Counsel-Cleveland will take part in live stream discussion to discuss free legal counsel available to families who live at or below the poverty line and are at-risk of being evicted.

July 1 marks the first day that at-risk families are eligible for free legal counsel. Cleveland City Council passed legislation last October aimed at helping families stay in their homes and out of poverty.
Right to Counsel-Cleveland is a partnership between the United Way of Greater Cleveland and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
