PAINESVILLE, OH — A Painesville homeowner said the victims of a broad daylight shooting Tuesday were recording a music video in his driveway when someone began shooting into the group around 4:30 p.m.

"He was as nice as he could be, all three of them," said Euram Wilson as he stood in front of his Morse Avenue home. "They all spoke, asked me could they do the video in my driveway. I said yeah, go ahead." Wilson said he was inside the home where he's lived for the last 60 years when he heard the gunshots about 20 minutes later. "Boom, boom, boom, boom," said Wilson. "When I looked out the door, I saw him shooting. I ran right back and quick got my phone. By the time I got back, he was gone." Painesville police said they found three people shot. One later died. Investigators said a fourth victim was found dead inside a vehicle several blocks away on Owego Street. Police have not said if anyone has been arrested. Investigators have not released the names of any of the victims.

Wilson said a bullet shattered his daughter's car window and broke out a window of her home next door. He said police found 17 bullets in his driveway and backyard.

Wilson said he didn't know any of the people involved, and didn't know why violence ended up outside his front door.

"In Painesville?" said Wilson. "How often do you hear of a shooting in Painesville?"
