CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public's help locating a 70-year-old man who has dementia.
Michael Bannon was last seen leaving his home on West 22 Place at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 9.
He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has black and gray hair and brown eyes.
Brannon was last seen wearing a black jogging suit and walks with a red walker.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call police.
