Cleveland police are asking for the public's help locating a missing man with possible mental health orders.
He was last seen in the 3300 block of West 58th Street.
He was last seen wearing a purple jacket, grey sweatpants and socks only.
The man only speaks Swahili.
Anyone with information on his location is asked to call 911.
