CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing woman.
Marjorie Buggs, 41, last spoke to her mother on March 10 and hasn't been heard from since.
She is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
She has brown hair and brown eyes.
According to police, she has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland police at 216-621-1234.
