CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl last seen leaving the Jane Edna Hunter Social Services Center on Euclid Avenue on Halloween.

On Saturday, Oct. 31 around 1:46 p.m, police were called to the social services center after 13-year-old Ashoura Roberts had walked out of the building shortly after her arrival to the facility.

Ashoura was taken to the center after going to the hospital and police determined it was unsafe for her to return to her home.

Shortly after police took Ashoura to the facility, a social worker said she had left through a front door. Ashoura told the social worker that she had family in the area prior to leaving, police said.

Ashoura is described as standing 4 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 90 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a gray hoodie, a white shirt and carrying a beige purse.

Anyone with information regarding the girl is asked to call police immediately.
