CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Department has issued a Missing Endangered Alert for a 13-year-old boy who went missing after taking out the trash at his home on Hoppensack Avenue in Cleveland.
Jeramiah Foster, 13, went missing on Tuesday after he went to take out the trash and did not the return to his house.
His mother told police that Jeramiah was picked up by a 27-year-old man who was advised to stay away from her son, according to the report.
