CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have issued an Endangered Missing Adult Alert for a 44-year-old man who was reporting missing by his mother on June 11.
Jimmy L. Owens, 44, of Cleveland, has been last seen on June 8 at 10 a.m. He was last seen in the area of West 25th Street, police said.
According to the police report, he has been diagnosed as schizo-affective and suffered a brain injury 20 years ago. He's known to have suicidal tendencies, police said.
He's described as having brown hair and blue eyes. He stands at 6 feet, 3 inches. Owens was last seen wearing light colored navy blue slacks with stars and a maroon and blue dress shirt.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 216-623-7697.
