CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl.
Jamaela Belser was last seen at her home in the 4000 block of East 142nd Street.
Police said Jamaela left without her foster parents' permission and has not been seen since.
A description of the girl was not provided, but Cleveland police shared a photo of the girl.
