Cleveland police searching for missing 13-year-old girl who left home on Wendy Drive

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl last seen at her godmother's house on Friday night.

Mikayla Golden was staying at her godmother's house in the 3900 block of Wendy Drive in Cleveland when she left and has not been seen since. Police said she regularly stays at the home but has problems with other children in the home at times.

Police checked the home but did not find Mikayla.

The girl had left last week as well and was found on West 100th Street with an unknown male, police said.

Mikayla is described as standing 4 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. She has a nose ring and was last seen wearing black sweatpants with a tie dye shirt.

Anyone with information regarding the girl's whereabouts is asked to call police at 216-621-1234.
