CLEVELAND — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued by Cleveland police for a missing 79-year-old man with dementia.
Phillip Mcmillon, 79, walked away from his home on Wednesday and never returned. He was last seen in the 3300 block of East 135th Street in the Cleveland.
He was last seen wearing glasses, a baseball cap, black jacket and pants.
Anyone who sees him is asked to contact police at 911 or call 1-866-693-9171.
