The Mansfield Police Department is looking for a missing-endangered man who was last seen leaving his home Friday morning.

The man, 78, is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes. According to police, he has dementia and diabetes.

The man left his home around 10:23 a.m. and may be in a Toyota Highlander.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Ohio Attorney General Missing Persons Unit at 866-693-9171 or Mansfield police at 419-522-1234 or dial 911.
