South Euclid police searching for missing 14-year-old girl

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — The South Euclid Police Department is searching for a missing 14-year-old girl who left her home after a dispute with her mother Friday morning.

Around 9:30 a.m., Rickiya Johnson was reported missing by her mother after the teen left her home following a dispute, police said.

Officers searched the immediate area but could not locate her. They then searched the Grandview Pointe Apartments after receiving information she could be there, but officers did not find her.

Rickiya is described as standing 5-feet-1-inch tall and weighing 140 pounds with short black dreadlocks. She was last seen wearing a gray top with black pants, and gray and black sneakers, police said.
