UPDATE: The woman was found safe, according to police.
Streetsboro police were searching for a missing 73-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s disease.
The woman was last seen leaving her home in Streetsboro around 11:30 a.m., police said.
The woman had ties to Streetsboro, Bedford and Macedonia, but because it wasn’t discovered she was missing for several hours police believed she might have traveled somewhere else.
