CLEVELAND — Odell Beckham Jr. defended his remarks about the Cleveland Browns becoming the new Patriots.
On his Instagram, Beckham said he wants his organization to be successful like New England and that his teammates want to be part of building something like that.
Beckham made the original comments in a recent interview with GQ Magazine before the Met Gala in New York.
During a fitting before the big night and during an interview centered around his daring fashion choice, Beckham said he plans on establishing a dynasty in Cleveland.
“I plan on being there for the next five years and trying to bring as many championships there as possible,” Beckham said, “turning [the Browns] into the new [New England] Patriots.”
