Residents in Crawford and Richland counties woke up to uprooted trees, poles down and structures destroyed after what was likely caused by a tornado Monday night, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service was out assessing the damage and talking to affected residents.
A barn and a home were reportedly destroyed and collapsed, ABC 6 in Columbus reported.
Near Crestline, widespread damage to homes was reported along Hook Road in Richland County.
