2 additional Mentor elementary school staff employees test positive for COVID-19, 4 total

MENTOR, Ohio — Two additional Mentor elementary school staff members have tested positive for COVID-`19 one day after the principal and a teacher tested positive.

The Lake County General Health District is conducting contact tracing for anyone who was in close contact with the Hopkins Elementary School staff members.

The elementary school will be moving to remote learning until at least Sept. 21.

The Health District is asking everyone to continue to self-monitor for symptoms, wear a mask, and practice social distancing.
