Bolivar Strawberry Festival canceled

BOLIVAR, Ohio — The Bolivar Strawberry Festival has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.

The Bolivar Main Street Association said they value the safety of their residents first and foremost.

The decision was made based on Gov. Mike DeWine's large gatherings ban.
