DeWine will address the media about the pandemic for the first time since holding a news conference over the weekend to address protests in the state's capital. Following violence after peaceful protests filled city streets from Columbus, Cleveland, Lorain, Akron and elsewhere, DeWine activated the National Guard. Cities like Cleveland enacted a Proclamation of Civil Emergency, instituting a curfew and parking ban during a window of restricted hours.
