Cleveland police are investigating a drive-by shooting that injured two teens on Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting happened near East 36th and Longwood Avenue, just a few blocks west of the Portland-Outhwaite Recreation Center.

According to authorities, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the ear, hand and leg. The other victim, a 16-year-old girl, was shot in the abdomen. Both were taken to St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. Police didn't release the condition of the victims.

Police said they think multiple shooters were involved in the drive-by. The suspect vehicle is believed to have been a dark green four-door sedan.

This is the second time since March the 15-year-old boy has been targeted in a drive-by shooting, police said. On March 12, the teen was walking near East 37th Street and Capers Avenue with a 5-year-old girl when a red Dodge Durango came around the corner and the passenger opened fire on them.
